Capital Plus is a Singapore-incorporated company specialising in the provision of Venture Capital & Private Equity (VC/PE) Consulting & Training services. It is founded by industry professionals who believe that VC/PE practitioners should be comprehensively and systematically trained in order to be effective in their roles as capital and value-added provider to the companies that they invest in.

Consulting

We offer Consulting services such as Fund-Raising, Investment Due Diligence, Valuation and development of Business Plans. Our clients include private companies as well as government agencies.

Training

We have developed proprietary, comprehensive and experience-based courses in VC/PE and related subjects. We have conducted customised in-house courses for Singapore’s TIF Ventures, the Economic Development Board, the Defence Science & Technology Agency and Agency for Science, Technology & Research. We also conduct regular public seminars and workshops on VC/PE and related subjects at the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM), the Singapore Human Resource Institute(SHRI) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore(ICPAS).
